Preparation / Ingredients
800 g of meat is needed to prepare 4-6 meals. Pour the contents of the bag with 2 liters of cold water, mix well and boil. Add 800g of diced beef, pork, mutton or lamb. Cook on low heat for about 2 hours.

Čobanac je jelo koje se tradicionalno priprema u Hrvatskoj u Slavoniji, a po svom punom okusu i bogatstvu mirisa, poznat je i izvan njenih granica.

Za savršen slavonski čobanac potreban je i savršen omjer najboljih začina i sušenog povrća. Uz malu količinu masnoća koju ova mješavina sadrži, na vama je samo da odaberete najfinije komade mesa (svinjetine, junetine, srnetine, veprovine) i tradicija se nastavlja.
Priprema / Sastojci
za pripremu 4-6 obroka potrebno je 800 g mesa. Sadržaj vrećice prelijte sa 2 litre hladne vode, dobro promiješajte i prokuhajte. Dodajte 800 g na kockice narezanog junećeg, svinjskog, ovčjeg ili janjećeg mesa. Kuhajte na laganoj vatri oko 2 sata.
