Effect

This balm is used for healing wounds on the face and body caused by the action of various agents (fire , chemical, physical effects , etc.). It is used for burns of second and third degree, ie. with injury where the skin is covered with blisters or destroyed and in wounds of various origins.

Method of administration

The person who suggests the help it has to make a good hand washing. This is achieved by washing in warm water, soap and a toothbrush. After completion of washing, the water hands with sterile gauze and disinfectant, the use of diluted alcohol (70 % ethanol). The area around the wound with a width of about 5 cm clean gauze moistened with dilute alcohol. Then wash 3 % solution of hydrogen peroxide, and in severe cases (where the skin is removed) and sterile saline. If you have fair skin, the blisters, they should be sterile needle puncture and from them gently squeeze the fluid (liquid) and then clean with diluted alcohol. At quadruple gauze slightly larger than the size of the wound with sterile špatlom (knife), apply thick layer of balsam 1/2 mm. Thus prepared to put gauze on the wound so that the balsam in direct contact with it. To the gauze contact with a wound, it should be no tensile bend bandage or patch attached, so as it is comfortable. By applying the balsam, the pain begins to be lost to a relatively short time completely disappeared. After every 24 hours the entire procedure repeated with a new sterile gauze. Wound healing was tapering and balsam should be applied only to non-union of the wound. Overgrown part does not smudge balm. When the wound heals, that is. After healing, further therapy is based on using MelOp E. This can be done as follows: pad of cotton wool or gauze swabs, healed burns of the coat so that young skin is constantly under the influence of balsam. It seems as redness disappears. With the implementation of MelOp E should continue until the skin is normal.

Dejstvo

Ovaj melem je namenjen za zaceljivanje rana na koži lica i tela, nastalih dejstvom raznih agenasa (vatre, hemikalije, fizička dejstva i dr). Primenjuje se kod opekotina drugog i trećeg stepena tj. kod povreda gde je koža pokrivena plikovima ili je uništena i kod rana različitog porekla.

Nаčin primene

Lice koje ukazuje pomoć mora prethodno da izvrši dobro pranje ruku. Ovo se postiže pranjem u toploj vodi uz upotrebu sapuna i četkice. Po izvršenom pranju, vodu sa ruku pokupiti sterilnom gazom i izvršiti dezinfekciju, upotrebom razblaženog alkohola (70% etanol). Prostor oko rane u širini od oko 5 cm očistiti gazom natopljenom razblaženim alkoholom. Ranu isprati 3% rastvorom hidrogena, a kod težih slučajeva (gde je skinuta koža) i sterilnim fiziološkim rastvorom. Ukoliko na opečenoj koži ima plikova, treba ih sterilnom iglom probušiti i iz njih nežnim pritiskom istisnuti likvor (tečnost) i ponovo izbrisati razblaženim alkoholom. Na četvorostruku sterilnu gazu, nešto veću od veličine rane sterilnom špatlom (nožem) naneti sloj melema debljine oko 1/2 mm. Ovako pripremljenu gazu staviti na ranu tako, da je sloj melema svom širinom u direktnom dodiru sa njom. Da bi gaza ostala u prisnom kontaktu sa ranom, treba je bez zatezanja previti zavojem ili pričvrstiti flasterom, dakle onako kako je komfornije. Po stavljanju melema na ranu, bol počinje da se gubi, da bi za relativno kratko vreme sasvim nestao. Posle svakih 24 časa ceo postupak ponoviti sa novom sterilnom gazom. Zarastanjem rana se sužava i premaz melema ograničavati samo na nezarasli deo rane. Zarasli deo više ne mazati melemom. Kad rana zaraste, tj. kada se uhvati pokožica, dalja terapija se nastavlja melemom MelOp E. To možete uraditi na sledeći način: tamponom vate ili tuferom od gaze, zarasli deo opekotine premazati tako da mlada koža bude stalno pod dejstvom melema. To činiti dok potpuno ne nestane crvenilo. Sa primenom melema MelOp E treba nastaviti sve dok se koža ne normalizuje.
