Ajvar je deo zimnice, specijalna vrsta namaza, napravljena od crvene paprike, patlidžana. Ajvar je jedan od najukusnijih specijaliteta balkanske kuhinje. Najčešće se koristi kao namaz, npr. na sendvičima ili se koristi kao dodatak jelima sa roštilja. Svi sastojci koji se koriste u procesu proizvodnje Ajvar su prirodni, a pasterizacija se vrši bez upotrebe ikakvih konzervansa.
