Divella - Cannelloni 250g
Fill the raw cannelloni, place them in a baking dish forming a single layer and cover them entirely with sauce or very fluid sauce (cold) with or without béchamel sauce. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and flakes of butter. Place the pan in the hot oven, taking care to cover it with a lid. Cook over low heat for about 20 minutes. Attention: once filled, the cannelloni must be put in the oven immediately.

Napunite sirove cannelloni, stavite ih u posudu za pečenje formirajući jedan sloj i pokrijte ih u potpunosti sosom ili vrlo tečnim sosom (hladnim) sa ili bez bešamel sosom. Pospite rendani parmezan i pahuljice putera. Stavite posudu u vruću rernu, vodeći računa da je pokrijete poklopcem. Kuvajte na laganoj vatri oko 20 minuta. Pažnja: nakon punjenja, kaneloni se moraju odmah staviti u rernu.
